November 15 of each year is designated as "School Board Members Day" in Illinois. Today, we honor our school board members who have donated their time for this community and have provided their leadership and commitment to creating the best schools possible for our students. Thank you to Mr. Fritz, Mrs. Blundy, Mrs. Unes, Ms. Harvey, Mr. Lang, Mrs. Johnson, and Mr. Rampenthal (not pictured).

Upcoming events for November 5-November 11!
The 5th grade students are navigating their way through the engineering design process by participating in Mrs. Uftring’s Bucket Tower Challenge. The teams are held to a list of criteria and specific building materials are constrained- forcing them to strategically and wisely use their materials. The engineering teams will go into class challenges to see which team can hold the most pennies in their buckets!
